Job summary

Citizens Bankers are the face of the branch, building lasting relationships by providing trusted advice and helping customers achieve personal financial goals such as planning for the future, buying a home, or opening a new credit card.

You’ll introduce customers to digital and mobile‑first ways to bank, collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking, and make outbound calls to grow the customer base.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to ask questions and identify customer needs.
• Proven success in building relationships and cross-selling products.
• Demonstrated skills using digital technology to support business goals.
• Aptitude to solve problems and provide solutions for customers.
• Ability to collaborate with teammates and partners.
• Self-motivated with strong multitasking ability.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Compliance with SAFE Act pre-employment checks and NMLS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions across spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Guide customers to digital and mobile banking options.
• Build relationships with customers and discuss tailored financial solutions.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
