Job summary

Truist is seeking a Universal Banker in the Richmond area to deliver a superior client experience while handling transactions and educating clients on digital banking tools. You will support sales efforts, discuss client needs, and apply Integrated Relationship Management principles to provide tailored Truist solutions.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2 years of teller/client service experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to use a PC and MS Office applications.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle transactions efficiently.
• Educate clients on digital banking and self-service options.
• Support sales by outreach and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and Truist solutions.
• Participate in leadership routines and training.
• Maintain compliance with policies and risk management.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
