Job summary

Truist Wealth is seeking a Universal Banker in Woodbridge, VA, to deliver a distinctive client experience and support everyday banking transactions. You will educate clients on digital tools, assist with account openings, and collaborate with branch teams to find solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required.
• Work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience across transactions and service.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service banking tools (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) for client solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Pursue training to expand product knowledge and service capabilities.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
