Job summary

Truist is seeking a Universal Banker to provide timely and accurate client transactions and build financial relationships. You’ll educate clients on digital banking and assist with Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities to meet client needs.

The role requires a high school diploma and two years of teller or client service experience, with strong communication and multi-tasking skills. Regular full-time hours with occasional travel and weekend shifts may apply; compensation includes

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or client service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience delivering courteous conversations and handling complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking options (ATMs, Online, Mobile) to enhance service.
• Support sales through outbound calls and client need identification, referrals when needed.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise for client needs.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
