Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Educate clients on digital self‑service solutions including ATMs and Online/Mobile banking.
• Support sales process via outbound calls and client outreach.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and training activities.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
