• Identify and fulfill deposit and borrowing needs, open deposit accounts, and take loan applications.
• Provide personalized financial advice aligned with clients' short- and long-term goals and refer to bank partners as needed.
• Conduct regular client outreach to offer tailored financial solutions and support sales goals.
• Assist with training and coaching of associates on sales, referrals, products and services as needed.
