• Proactive Sales Engagement: Engage clients in consultative conversations to understand financial priorities and recommend personalized banking solutions.
• Growth Focus: Identify and fulfill client deposit and borrowing needs, guiding options and opening deposit accounts.
• Client-Centric Financial Advice: Provide personalized financial advice aligned with clients' goals.
• Referrals: Make referrals to bank partners, including mortgage, wealth, private client, and business banking.
• Proactive Client Outreach: Conduct regular calls to clients and prospects to offer tailored financial solutions.
• Sales Leadership: Coach associates on sales, referrals, products and services as needed.
• Client experience: Support teller line to minimize wait times and resolve client issues promptly.
• Operational compliance: Stay informed of regulatory updates and ensure adherence to guidelines.
