• Conducts outbound calls to expand customer relationships
• Develops new business opportunities and supports community financial wellness
• Coaches junior bankers to enhance product knowledge and service quality
• Educates customers on Regions products and digital banking tools
• Ensures a strong, compliant customer experience and handles operational risks
• Resolves issues in Branch Manager's absence and supports hiring decisions
