Regions Financial Corporation is seeking a Relationship Banker – Team Lead in Houma, LA. The role combines customer-facing financial guidance with team leadership, coaching, and branch oversight to drive growth and service excellence.

You will mentor bankers, meet customer needs with Regions solutions, and promote digital banking tools while ensuring compliance and strong customer experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Two (2) years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed
• NMLS registration may be required as per regulatory and company policy

Aufgaben

• Partners with the Branch Manager to guide and direct all branch activities
• Achieves branch targets and guides customers to Regions solutions
• Performs outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new ones
• Fosters financial wellness through community engagement
• Coaches junior bankers to strengthen product knowledge and sales skills
• Educates customers on Regions consumer and business products and services
• Advices on digital banking tools and channels (mobile, online, ATM)
• Ensures consistent customer experience across branches and transactions
• Oversees branch operations and compliance and communicates procedural changes
• Resolves escalated issues in the Branch Manager’s absence
• Refers customers to internal experts for additional goals
• Adheres to all bank policies and regulatory requirements
