Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Proficient with computer use including typing and monitoring.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods; lift up to 20 pounds.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Life Insurance License; 1 year of cash-handling/customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and guiding Regions’ solutions.
• Performs outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Educates customers on Regions Consumer and Business products, including loans and deposits.
• Informs customers about digital solutions (mobile, online, ATM).
• Ensures a consistent customer experience and assists with transactions as needed.
• Owns and resolves customer issues; refers complex goals to internal experts.
• Follows bank processes, adheres to laws and manages operational risks.
