Job summary

Regions Bank in Pelham, Alabama seeks a Relationship Banker – Team Lead to meet with customers and prospects, assess financial needs, and offer Regions solutions to help achieve goals. The role includes coaching a team of bankers and stepping in for the Branch Manager when needed.

We value sales experience, strong communication, and leadership. You will work to drive branch targets, build client relationships, and enhance the customer experience while adhering to bank procedures and regulatory

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Two years banking, sales, and/or customer service experience
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Guide and direct all branch activities with the Branch Manager
• Achieve branch targets by proactively identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions
• Conduct outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new clients
• Coach junior bankers to strengthen product knowledge and customer needs
• Educate customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products and services
• Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with procedures and regulations
• Refer customers to internal experts when additional financial goals and needs are identified
