Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years banking, sales or customer service experience.
• Ability to work Saturdays and handle cash.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide and direct all branch activities with Branch Manager.
• Achieve branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions’ solutions.
• Conduct outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new clients.
• Lead business development opportunities and promote financial wellness.
• Coach junior bankers to strengthen product knowledge and customer needs.
• Educate customers on Regions’ consumer and business products and deposit/loan types.
• Explain digital banking options and assist customers with online/mobile tools.
• Ensure excellent customer experiences and oversee branch operations and compliance.
• Address escalated issues and participate in hiring decisions as needed.
• Refer customers to internal experts for comprehensive financial goals.
