Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Cash handling and transaction processing.
• Strong communication in person, phone, and electronic channels.
• Frequent computer use and monitoring.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and selling Regions solutions.
• Makes outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Educates customers on Regions’ products including loans and deposits.
• Promotes digital banking tools (mobile, online, ATM).
• Ensures excellent customer experience and handles customer issues.
• Refers complex goals to internal specialists.
• Adheres to bank processes and regulatory requirements.
