Qualifications

• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Strong communication skills across in-person, phone, and electronic channels.
• Competence with computer use and sustained attention to monitor.

Responsibilities

• Meet branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions.
• Make outbound calls to expand customer relationships and acquire new clients.
• Educate customers on Regions Consumer and Business products, including loan and deposit types.
• Promote digital banking solutions (mobile, online, ATM).
• Provide excellent customer experience and assist with transactions as needed.
• Own and resolve customer issues and refer complex goals to specialists.
• Follow bank processes and manage operational risks under supervision.
