Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker II to meet customers’ financial needs through in-person and phone engagements. The role emphasizes identifying customer needs and offering appropriate Regions solutions, including loans, deposits, and digital banking tools.

The successful candidate will be driven, customer-focused, and able to work as part of a team to achieve shared goals. This full-time position includes incentive eligibility and standard banking hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Cash handling and transaction processing ability.
• Strong communication skills across in-person, phone, and electronic channels.
• Comfort with using a computer and monitoring information.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree; Life Insurance License; 1 year of banking/customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet branch targets by identifying customer needs and guiding Regions’ solutions.
• Make outbound calls from lead lists to grow existing relationships and acquire new customers.
• Educate customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products, including loans and deposits.
• Explain Regions’ digital solutions like mobile, online, and ATM services to simplify banking.
• Provide a consistent, quality customer experience and assist with transactions as needed.
• Own and resolve customer issues; refer complex needs to internal experts when appropriate.
• Follow bank processes and regulatory requirements and help manage operational risks.
