Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer daily, including typing and monitoring.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to twenty pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and guiding Regions’ solutions.
• Makes outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Educates customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products, including loans and deposits.
• Educates customers on digital solutions such as mobile, online, and ATM offerings.
• Delivers a consistent customer experience and processes transactions as needed.
• Owns and resolves customer issues; refers complex cases to specialists.
• Follows bank processes and reports operational risks.
