U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build trusted client relationships by meeting customers face-to-face, assessing and addressing banking needs, and guiding them to the best deposit and loan solutions; this includes opening accounts and processing everyday transactions.

You will collaborate with branch teammates, educate clients on digital products, participate in sales campaigns, and actively expand the client base with proactive outreach and excellent service in a branch setting.

Qualifications

• Retail banking experience 4–5 years.
• Ability to open accounts and process service requests.
• Knowledge of consumer banking products and services.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
• Maintains knowledge of retail banking products and digital services.
• Provides a consistent client experience and processes basic transactions.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and submits credit applications.
• Educates clients on emerging and self-service digital products.
