Job summary

 The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and collaboration with branch teams to serve clients effectively in a standard branch setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Retail banking experience preferred (typically <4 years).
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by engaging and communicating with clients.
• Maintains knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services, including digital products.
• Provides a consistent optimal client experience, greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
• Develops collaborative partnerships with branch team members to best serve clients.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts, completes service requests and submits credit applications.
• Educates clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services.
• Leverages resources to optimize the client experience with accuracy.
