Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identify solutions for clients by engaging and communicating effectively.
• Maintain knowledge of retail banking products and services including digital options.
• Provide a consistent client experience with greeting and basic transactions.
• Collaborate with branch team members and partners to serve clients.
• Open new consumer and business accounts, process service requests and submit credit applications.
• Educate clients on emerging digital products and self-service options.
• Leverage resources and technologies to optimize client experience with accuracy.
