Qualifications

• Strong ability to build and foster client relationships; excellent communication; knowledge of bank policies.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Originates and closes consumer loans and handles account openings/closings.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service banking options.
