Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically 4–5 years retail banking experience or equivalent training preferred.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identify solutions for clients by engaging and communicating effectively.
• Maintain knowledge of retail banking products and services and digital tools.
• Open new consumer/business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options and products.
• Collaborate with branch team to serve clients with accuracy and excellence.
