Qualifications

• 3-4 years customer service and needs-based banking sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible/rotating schedule; may include weekends.
• Travel may be required to alternate Banking Centers.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.

• Provide services for Banking Center customers and support sales, service and operations goals.
• Process customer financial transactions in accordance with bank policies.
• Use needs-based conversations to identify financial needs and offer appropriate products.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with business segments through collaboration and communication.
