Qualificações

• 3-4 years customer service and needs-based banking sales experience preferred.
• Flexible and/or rotating schedule; weekends and extended hours may be required.
• Self-starter with strong customer service and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customers' needs in an accurate and timely fashion, capitalizing on available resources and tools.
• Evaluate clients' needs and offer appropriate financial products and services through needs-based conversations.
• Perform routine teller transactions like deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments and other transactions.
• Support segmentation strategy by implementing sales, retention, and bank initiatives to drive growth and profitability.
• Meet/exceed branch audits and operations evaluation requirements.
