F.N.B. Corporation invites applications for a Relationship Banker in the Retail unit. The role involves assisting customers with everyday banking tasks, promoting bank products, and referring leads to meet weekly goals.

The position requires adherence to policy, accuracy in data handling, and a customer-first approach at various market locations. The role supports transactions, account servicing, and lending activities while aligning with FNB core values and risk management expectations.

Qualifications

Proven ability to promote sales and cross-sell banking products.
Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants.
Perform traditional teller transactions and other operational duties.
Adhere to FNB policies, procedures and core values.
Licensure in Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System preferred but will be required.
May require overnight travel for training purposes.

Responsabilités

Promotes the sales process through greeting customers, identifying customer service and product needs, leveraging sales leads, and outbound calling.
Identify and achieve individual weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
Incorporate FNB digital products and services into customer interactions.
Using FNB approved branch technology, input and maintain data for referrals, customers, and applicants.
Performs routine operational duties, including traditional teller transactions and other tasks.
