JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker to join a Chase Branch. You will represent our brand with hospitality, lead client engagement, and apply financial knowledge to address clients’ needs and grow relationships.

You will connect clients to technology, educate on products, and collaborate with specialists to deliver solutions while adhering to regulatory requirements and branch procedures.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in retail banking or financial services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Strong attention to detail to resolve client issues and maintain compliance.
• Compliance with risk parameters and required training.
• High school diploma or GED; licenses or registrations per NMLS/FINRA as required.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in-branch.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build relationships and tailor solutions.
• Use clear, consultative communication to understand needs and offer appropriate products.
• Educate clients on Chase technology like mobile app, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products quickly and coordinate with experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
