Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent the brand at a Chase Branch and provide hospitality-driven service while leveraging modern banking solutions. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, using financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions for clients' needs and branch success.

Responsibilities include meeting with clients, recommending products, and guiding them in using Chase digital tools.

Qualifications

1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
Operate within risk parameters and meet compliance obligations; training required.
High school degree or equivalent; licensing requirements apply (SIE, Series 6, state registration, Life).
Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and by phone to build lasting relationships.
Communicate clearly to understand needs and tailor product/service recommendations.
Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
