Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, with ability to tailor features and benefits to varying needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and deliver consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them regularly to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and build trust; listen and respond accordingly.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to support banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
