Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand in a branch with hospitality, using banking solutions and technology to assist clients in achieving their financial goals.

You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, offering thoughtful solutions, while adhering to regulatory requirements and learning products, services, and procedures to enhance the client experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree or GED or foreign equivalent.
• Licenses: SIE, Series 6, state registration (63 if required) and Life licenses; must obtain licenses via JPMorganChase program within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand and address client needs, building trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to effectively consult on banking solutions with specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
