Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent the Chase brand in our branch, delivering hospitality and leveraging banking solutions to meet client needs.

You will acquire, manage, and retain relationships with clients, using financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions and simplify their financial lives. Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, tailoring features and benefits of products to clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• The SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; licenses must be obtained within 180 days of hire through JPMC's licensing program.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products, services, and procedures to effectively consult and connect to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
