You will work with clients to understand their financial needs, educate on products, and collaborate with specialists to address complex requests while complying with all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success in acquiring and expanding client relationships.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences through hospitality and tailored solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while following risk and compliance requirements.
• Must meet training and licensing requirements including SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration and Life licenses.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them regularly to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like mobile apps and online banking.

• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
