Job summary

JPMorganChase in the United States seeks a Relationship Banker to represent the Chase brand with hospitality and cutting-edge financial technology. You will build lasting client relationships, explain products, and provide thoughtful banking solutions to meet clients' financial needs and simplify their lives.

You will acquire, manage, and retain clients, engage in consultative conversations, and connect clients to our experts while supporting branch operations, including weekend and some evening

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Excellent communication skills to tailor features and benefits.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and meet compliance obligations, including training.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), Life licenses; must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
