Truist in United States (South Carolina) seeks a client-focused service professional to build relationships and offer financial solutions in person and by phone. The role emphasizes driving growth through consultative sales and referrals while delivering exceptional customer care.

You will be cross-trained to perform teller duties as needed, support branch sales, and advance your knowledge of products and services through ongoing training and meetings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years client sales and service experience
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
• SAFE compliance within 30 days of employment including NMLS background check
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Willingness to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours

Responsabilités

• Provide industry leading client service in person and by phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships; offer financial solutions.
• Cross-train to perform teller duties as needed.
• Meet or exceed branch sales targets through consultative conversations.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists when appropriate.
• Participate in leadership routines and sales training.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Adhere to internal controls and stay compliant with policies.
