Job summary

Truist Wealth in the United States is seeking an client service oriented professional to deliver an industry leading client experience in person and by phone. The role focuses on developing and expanding client relationships and providing financial solutions through consultative conversations and referrals.

You will cross-train to perform teller duties as needed, support sales targets, advise on consumer lending options, and collaborate with internal specialists to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment with NMLS background check.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests and sales functions.
• Contributes to meeting client service and sales targets by expanding relationships.
• Supports team sales by referring complex needs to internal specialists.
• Participates in branch leadership routines and training.
• Attends product knowledge meetings and training sessions.
• Advises on consumer lending options and takes loan applications.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
• Engages clients warmly during transactions and assists with branch navigation.
