You will be cross-trained to perform teller duties, support branch sales targets, and refer complex needs to internal specialists, while maintaining strong communication and service quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• MS Office proficiency and basic computer skills.
• SAFE compliant within 30 days with NMLS checks.
• Ability to multi-task and travel as needed.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine client maintenance and advanced sales functions.
• Meet and exceed client service and branch sales targets.
• Refer complex client needs to internal specialists.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Follow internal controls and risk management policies.
• Greet clients and assist with teller transactions.
