Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution, and sales-related tasks.
• Contribute to meeting service and sales targets by offering banking products.
• Conduct consultative conversations and refer complex needs to specialists.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and training activities.
• Pursue ongoing sales techniques and product knowledge development.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Ensure a consistent client service experience and greet clients in-branch.
