You will be cross-trained to perform teller duties and support sales goals through consultative conversations and referrals to specialists.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 4 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs and occasional overnights.
