Job summary

Truist seeks a dedicated service-oriented professional to support client relationships both in person and over the phone. You will develop and expand client relationships while delivering financial solutions through consultative conversations and referrals to partners.

You may be cross-trained to perform teller duties as needed, contributing to branch sales objectives and ensuring compliance with policies and risk management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; customer focus.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment; licensing checks.

Responsibilities

• Handle teller transactions as needed and maintain accuracy.
• Provide in-person and phone-based client service with courtesy.
• Conduct consultative conversations to cross-sell products.
• Refer more complex needs to internal specialists as appropriate.
• Support branch sales targets and follow risk controls and policies.
