Truist in North Carolina seeks a client services professional to deliver an industry-leading service experience in person and by phone, developing new and existing client relationships and offering financial solutions.

The role may include teller duties as needed; you will pursue branch sales targets through consultative conversations, referrals to specialists, and proactive relationship building while adhering to internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience required.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• SAFE compliance within 30 days of employment including NMLS background check.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and occasional overnight/work location changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships with financial solutions based on consultative conversations.
• Refer more complex needs to internal specialists for growth opportunities.
• Participate in sales processes and adhere to internal controls and policies.
• Maintain knowledge of sales techniques and product information through training.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Uncover client needs and assist with teller transactions when required.
• Support branch sales targets through relationship-building.
