Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation seeks a Relationship Banker to support Retail Banking operations in the market. You will handle basic consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending while identifying opportunities to convert transactions into sales referrals.

You will work across multiple locations within the market, adhere to policies, and strive to meet weekly sales goals through excellent service and use of digital banking tools.

Responsibilities

• Promotes sales by greeting customers, identifying needs, leveraging leads, and outbound calling.
• Recommend bank products and cross-sell services.
• Achieve weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
• Incorporate FNB digital products into customer interactions.
• Input and maintain high-quality data for referrals and applications.
• Manage lifecycle of new and existing customer relationships.
• Perform teller and routine operational tasks per policy.
