Qualifications

• 3+ Years Experience selling products and/or services in an incentive-based environment.
• 12+ Months Experience in Retail Banking sales or consultative relationship sales.
• 12+ Months Santander experience related to essential functions and responsibilities.
• 12+ Months Customer service experience in a high-volume environment.
• Established relationship-building skills focused on customer experience and loyalty.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
• Proven track record in sales and cross-selling products and services.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication, consultative and influence skills.
• Professional image and trustworthiness in all interactions.
• Proficient in using digital tools to engage customers.
