Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years experience selling products in an incentive-based environment.
• 12+ months experience in retail banking or related sales roles with proven results.
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets by promoting and cross-selling banking products and services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Proactively prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, lead calls, and community engagement.
• Meet customers’ transactional, servicing, and product needs with accuracy and care.
• Provide elevated, personalized customer experiences and resolve issues promptly.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and convenient self-service options.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Collaborate with teammates to reach branch sales goals and support nearby locations as needed.
