Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years in sales in an incentive-based environment.
• 12+ months in retail banking sales or financial services sales or consultative relationship sales with proven results.
• Demonstrated Santander experience related to Relationship Banker duties (endorsement by leadership).
• 12+ months customer service experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets by promoting and cross-selling banking products and services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Prospect for new clients via networking, referrals, lead calling, and community engagement.
