Qualifications

• 3+ years experience selling products and/or services in an incentive-based environment.
• 12+ months experience in Retail Banking sales or related financial services role with proven success.
• 12+ months Santander experience related to essential functions and responsibilities of Relationship Banker role.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets by promoting and cross-selling banking products and services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, lead calling, and community engagement.
