Qualifications

• 3+ years selling products in incentive-based environments.
• 12+ months in retail banking or financial services sales with success.
• Experience in Santander-related roles is preferred.
• 12+ months customer service in high-volume settings.
• Established relationship-building focus on customer experience.
• Strong communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities
