Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience in incentive-based environment.
• 12+ months in retail banking sales or consultative relationship sales role with proven success.
• 12+ months Santander experience related to Relationship Banker responsibilities.
• 12+ months customer service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Established relationship-building skills focusing on customer experience and loyalty.
• Excellent communication, consultative and influence skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in using digital tools and technology to engage customers.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales targets by cross-selling banking products and services to existing and prospective customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships to understand clients' financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Proactively prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, lead calling, portfolio management and community engagement.
• Meet the financial needs of customers across transactional, servicing, and product offerings.
• Deliver personalized, seamless, and attentive service to elevate the customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and drive performance.
• Responsibilities may extend to supporting nearby branch locations as needed.
