Qualifications

• 3+ years selling products and/or services in an incentive-based environment.
• 12+ months experience in retail banking sales or financial services sales with proven success.
• 12+ months Santander experience related to the essential functions and responsibilities of the Relationship Banker role.
• 12+ months customer service experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed branch sales targets by cross-selling banking products and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, lead calling, and community engagement.
• Meet the financial needs of customers including transactional, servicing and product.
• Ensure an elevated customer experience with personalized, seamless service.
• Engage customers through digital platforms to enhance interactions and educate on self-service options.
• Communicate clearly with customers in person, over the phone, or via digital channels.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
