First Horizon Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker in Shreveport to engage clients in consultative conversations, understand financial goals, and promote bank solutions. You will drive growth by expanding deposit accounts, loans, and referrals while delivering exceptional service and proactive advice.

The role emphasizes deepening client relationships, supporting sales goals, and delivering personalized financial guidance in a fast-paced banking center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of experience required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish and/or Vietnamese strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Proactive Sales Engagement: Engage clients in consultative conversations to understand financial priorities and recommend personalized banking solutions, with an emphasis on deposit accounts, loans and lines of credit, and referrals to other lines of business within the Bank.
• Growth Focus: Identify and fulfill client deposit and borrowing needs, guiding clients through deposit and loan options, opening deposit accounts, and taking loan applications.
• Client-Centric Financial Advice: Provide personalized financial advice that aligns with clients’ short- and long-term goals using a deep understanding of the bank’s products.
• Referrals: Recognize opportunities to deepen relationships with additional products and services and make referrals to bank partners.
• Proactive Client Outreach: Conduct regular calls to clients and prospects to offer tailored financial solutions.
• Sales Leadership: Support a high-performing culture by coaching associates on sales, referrals, products and services as needed.
