• Engage clients in consultative conversations to understand financial priorities and recommend banking solutions.
• Identify and fulfill deposit and loan needs, assist with opening accounts and loan applications.
• Provide personalized financial advice aligned with client goals and bank offerings.
• Refer clients to mortgage, wealth, private client, and business banking as appropriate.
• Proactively reach out to clients and prospects with tailored solutions.
• Coach associates on sales, referrals, and product knowledge as needed.
