Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of Universal Banker or Teller experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Proactive sales engagement to understand client priorities and recommend banking solutions.
• Identify and fulfill deposit and loan needs, including opening accounts and taking loan applications.
• Provide personalized financial advice aligned with clients’ goals.
• Make referrals to mortgage, wealth, private client, and business banking partners.
• Conduct regular client outreach to offer tailored financial solutions.
• Coach associates on sales, referrals, and product knowledge as needed.
• Support teller line to minimize client wait times and ensure prompt service.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and resolve issues promptly.
• Attend training to deepen product knowledge and service skills.
• Maintain compliance with bank regulations and internal controls.
• Participate in meetings to promote sales and customer service.
• Assist with on-the-job training for new associates.
• Assist with vault controls and audit procedures.
• Stay informed of operational updates and guidelines.
