Qualifications

• Proactive Sales Engagement: engage clients in consultative conversations to understand priorities and bank solutions, focusing on deposits, loans, and referrals.
• Growth Focus: identify and fulfill client deposit and borrowing needs, open deposit accounts, and take loan applications.
• Client-Centric Financial Advice: provide tailored financial guidance aligned with short- and long-term goals using the bank's products.
• Referrals: recognize opportunities to deepen relationships and refer to mortgage, wealth, private client, and business banking partners.
• Proactive Client Outreach: conduct regular calls to offer tailored financial solutions to clients and prospects.
• Sales Leadership: coach associates on sales, referrals, products and services to maintain a high-performing culture.
